Here’s some very good fundamental analysis from Gleacher & Co about the great quarter that Nuance reported last night.  I agree with most of their analysis, except my price target is double theirs.  They’re looking for a $26 stock.  I think this stock could run to $50 in the next year or so:

Reiterate Buy rating and raise price target to $26 (was $22) on NUAN as we review official  2Q:11 (March) results.

Nuance announced official 2Q11 (March) results highlighted by double-digit organic revenue  growth, solid margin expansion and impressive operating cash flow. Note, Nuance pre-announced preliminary results on April 21.

Key Points:

Conclusion: We reiterate our Buy rating and raise our price target to $26 on NUAN  due to its diversified end-markets, extensive speech technology  portfolio, dominant market share position, strong operating margins  and increasing revenue visibility.
