Not much action and very little volume in the stock markets on this Christmas Eve shortened trading day. The most noteworthy thing I can find in the markets today is that First Solar, an energy-related stock, is actually hitting new 52-week highs into the year end here. The fact that most every other energy-related stock on the planet is down 50-90% this year while we have owned only one energy-related stock this whole year and the one we own happens to be up big this year and at new highs since we first bought it three years ago…well, let’s not get complacent, but it sure is a testament to our stock picking approach.
