Q. @CodyWillard You have been so spot on about this Fed stuff.
A. Yes, although I thought the stock markets would be weaker as the Fed started talking easing…maybe the markets will indeed tank at some point in the next few weeks/months and that will be what will finally prompt the Fed to formally ease in one form or another, whether QE, Negative Rates or another kind of easing “tool” that Yellen has alluded to lately.
Q. @Codywillard, with the AMBA upgrade today, do you start seeing momentum shift? been holding the loss for a while and maybe thought of adding a tranche looking forward to the uptrend.
A. Yeah, it looks like at long last that $AMBA‘s fundamentals are weened off $GPRO and the growth in all the other areas for their HD camera chips to go from robotics, to drones, to wearables to automobiles — that’s why I’ve been patiently holding it despite the near-term pain.
Q. Cody, that was a great read on VR you sent out. What price would you buy qcom on a pull back as I have none?
A. I’d think a first tranche of $QCOM here around $50 or so is pretty ideal. Maybe a 1/3 position. Not sure it’s going to pull back much more from here.
Q. Hi, Cody: thanks for informing me on your adding $HUBS to your Short Watch List. Can you direct me to prior Chat (or elsewhere) discussion on your reasons for doing so (I couldn’t find any)…or provide a short review of your thinking here? (I realize it isn’t an actual Trade, but would like a brief rationale.)Thanks!
A. $HUBS looks like it’s in a terrible industry (spam?) and isn’t profitable and isn’t expected to be profitable for at least another couple years…looks like a terrible set-up for shareholders.

@Spekoliunas interviewed me for an article he published in Lithuania. Coincidentally, I spent a few months living in Vilnus and in a remote cabin without running water in northern Lithuania back in 1997. Lithuania one of the prettiest places on earth and full of nice people with a tech-savvy edge.
