Occupy Wall Street is extremely bullish long-term (not so much, near-term)
You raise up your head, And you ask, “Is this where it is ?”
And somebody points to you and says “It’s his”
And you says, “What’s mine ?” And somebody else says, “Where what is ?”
And you say, “Oh my God Am I here all alone ?”
But something is happening here
But you don’t know what it is, do you, Mister Jones ? – Bob Dylan
I think, as usual, the mainstream media has looked right past what is going to be a long-term movement that is much more meaningful, both economically and politically, than they’ve been trying to make it out to be. Indeed, it’s only a matter of time before we start seeing headlines that say something like this, no?
- “Markets take a beating as Occupy Wall Street crowd was uncontainable”
or something like:
- “Stocks down 3% on worries over Occupy Wall Street”
You know how often I try to get us to look past the headlines and the stupid explanations that the mainstream media comes up with for the day to day action in the markets, right? Well, I’ll tell you right now, that I’m going to be explaining over and over how we’ll need to be “flipping it” when it comes to reasoning. Indeed, the “rule of law” and the end of all misallocated capital via corporate/investment/real-estate ownership welfare, is extremely BULLISH and over time will make a huge impact on our standard of living and overall economy. If we can get back to that “rule of law” thing. Which again, is what the Occupy Wall Streeters are asking for.
I’m heading out to NYC early tomorrow morning, flying out of Roswell, and I’m going to be spending the next few days in the big city, protesting with the capitalist OccupyWallStreeters in the name of “rule of law” and “no more corporate welfare”.
I’ll be doing as much recording of the Occupy Wall Street events while I’m there with both video and pictures in my blogs. But obviously, the trading posts are going to be a bit lacking until next Tuesday when I’ll be back here in front of my monitors ready to rock the markets full-speed once again.
