TSLA Deliveries, Too Many Crappy Small Caps To Count, And Much More

We're pretty sure the 2% deliveries miss from Tesla will not matter much at all in the long run, and we're sure seeing lots of interest today about small-caps with poor fundamentals but rapidly rising stock prices (that's not good!).
