I am humbled and touched by the hundreds of Trading With Cody readers who have reached out to me sending prayers, good vibes and nice words after my heart attack. Thank you all for being a part of what I used to call the “Trading With Cody Community” but I will from now on call the “Trading With Cody Family.” I am teary-eyed writing this.

I send love and peace and good vibes and prayers back to each of you as best I can. I’ve tried to write each and every one of you back personally and I hope I didn’t miss any of you.

Please remember to listen to your bodies and don’t ignore pain. Work out. Eat better. Drink less.
